“Reservations are required (April through July).
The Garden is open to members only from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., and to the general public from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Last admission is at 4:30 p.m.
With stunning landscapes and sweeping views from the Santa Ynez Mountains to the Santa Barbara Channel Islands, Santa Barbara Botanic Garden is a great place to explore California’s native plant diversity.
The Garden’s 78 acres encompass a variety of cultivated displays among stands of natural coast live oak and riparian woodlands.
Due to our county-directed capacity limitations, visiting Santa Barbara Botanic Garden requires a reservation. While members can still visit without a reservation, it is highly recommended, especially during our peak seasons.”
